Our great products could not exist if it wasn't backed up by the enthusiasm and hard work of our local shepherds.
Thanks to the ability of our cheese-makers, the millenary tradition of the Sardinian shepherds it's still kept alive today in our dairy.
At Pozzomaggiore, sheep farming continues to enjoy of a generous nature that offers plenty of pastures to the herd which are breed with maximum respect for the environment.
