SUSTAINABILITY

The selling point in our company is the respect for the environment just as it was in the past at the time of the cooperative pioneers. In this way, we make sure that the production would be sustainable not only in our modern time but also in the years to come ahead. At Pozzomaggiore the sheep are breed only on natural pastures to help preserving the biodiversity and our milk comes only from local farmers. Because of its richness in organoleptic properties, the final products make us well received among our consumers. In order to reduce the carbon emissions the company avails of a photovoltaic system that provides the necessary energy for the whole production process. The consumer receives an authentic product, particularly appreciated.
